About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate all field service activities for assigned customers and territory
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using technical documentation and diagnostic tools
Conduct customer site visits and provide remote technical support as required
Monitor, document, and resolve equipment downtime cases in a timely and effective manner
Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and training documentation
Identify opportunities to support service sales, including parts, repairs, and training services
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support equipment delivery and customer onboarding
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost-control expectations
Maintain and promote SINOBOOM’s brand reputation through high-quality service delivery
Travel up to 70% within the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
Fluent in English (required)
Fluent in French (preferred but not required)
Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance and repair of aerial work platforms or similar industrial equipment
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently in the field
Advanced troubleshooting of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capability
Ability to deliver clear and effective technical training
Prior experience with aerial lift or construction equipment manufacturers (preferred)
Exposure to service sales or aftermarket support processes (preferred)
Experience working in a multi-regional or OEM service environment (preferred)
