About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership on team processes
- Evaluate and evolve ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Facilitate ceremonies and propose structural improvements to leadership
- Check in with teams and guide collaborative process adjustments
- Shape shared estimation practices using historical velocity, cycle-time, and estimate-versus-actual data
- Help design clearer intake processes
- Facilitate review and approval checkpoint discussions across Product, Design, Engineering, and QA
- Clarify approval, consultation, and information responsibilities at development checkpoints
- Maintain lightweight, team-developed work-status tracking
- Serve as a process-focused thought partner across Product, Design, and Engineering
- Maintain and refine process tooling such as Jira, Linear, and Notion
- Provide process observations to the Director of Product and Engineering leads
- Potentially coordinate clinical and customer development partners
- Collaborate on product documentation, enablement, and the early adopter/beta program
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years of experience in product management/operations, program/project management, or a similar process-facilitation role within a product/engineering organization
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, estimation practices, or review/approval conversations
- Comfortable working across Product, Design, and Engineering without formal authority over any of them
- Comfortable operating product/engineering tooling such as Jira, Airfocus, Asana, or similar
- Strong listening and systems-thinking skills to help groups reach consensus
- Comfortable operating in a regulated, clinical, or enterprise B2B environment; healthcare or health IT strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferred: experience with radiology, PACS/RIS, medical imaging, or clinical workflow software
- Preferred: experience coordinating with external technical partners on scoping or scheduling collaborative work
- Preferred: Scrum Master, PMP, or similar process/delivery certification
