About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary operations and administrative lead for Medical and Clinical Affairs
- Manage educational grants, fellowship grants, and investigator-sponsored research programs end to end
- Coordinate cross-functional governance committees and facilitate proposal reviews, documentation, communications, and decision-making
- Track project progress, monitor risks, manage deliverables, and provide operational reporting to senior leadership
- Lead presentations and progress reports for senior leadership
- Oversee contracts and agreements for physicians and clinical studies
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, accruals, invoices, expenses, contracts, and vendors
- Support physician training, evaluation, certification, and proctoring programs
- Coordinate program requirements, documentation, scheduling, reimbursements, training materials, and learning management system updates
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, investigators, study teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Provide operational support for advisory boards, fellowship programs, research studies, publications, educational programs, controlled document management, adverse event reporting, and strategic projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Strong consistent engagement and communication in a high-visibility, high-volume customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device environments preferred
