About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain systems that collect, transform, and load raw data from various sources into centralized warehouses for analysis
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to move data from source systems to warehouses
  • Develop semantic models, complex SQL queries, and data sets for performance and accuracy
  • Leverage SQL, Python, ETL tools, Databricks, and SQL Server for data integration and reporting
  • Work with Cloud Architects, the Reporting Team, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ETL design, data warehousing, or developing Business Intelligence solutions
  • Experience working in a global environment and with remote and distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to operate in a self-directed environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL and Python
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Visual Studio SSIS, and Databricks
  • Experience with Databricks, Azure, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
