About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide coordination, administrative, and project support for Apple’s mobility program
Organize activities, maintain documentation governance, track deliverables, compile information, and facilitate alignment across stakeholders
Compile, document, and distribute lessons learned following projects and key initiatives
Organize and maintain approved collateral and Box materials
Monitor document versions and access and coordinate periodic content reviews
Attend steering committee calls and support meeting preparation and follow-up
Organize priorities, track deliverables, maintain project materials, and support client-specific initiatives
Coordinate monthly organizational chart updates, system-access and NDA audits, TMBP activities, and internal surveys
Create, update, and maintain process maps, procedures, templates, and other program documentation
Assist the Project Manager and Trainer and provide backup during absences
Support process-improvement efforts by gathering data, documenting workflows, coordinating follow-up, and ensuring processes are applied consistently

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
2 year work experience in global mobility
3 years in training/project management experiences
Experience providing highly organized delivery, demonstrable problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Experience exercising judgment in owning complex processes through completion and resolution
Ability to think creatively and navigate ambiguity to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Strong accountability for customer experience
Agility and flexible skill set to adapt to changing priorities and evolving processes
Comfort utilizing multiple technology platforms as an integrated component of daily work
Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously
Strong customer service and trusted advisor mindset
Ability to build trust across diverse customer types
Ability to operate in a team environment with shared goals and responsibilities
Confident, calm demeanor in difficult, emotional, or stressful situations
Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
University/college degree preferred
International experience a plus, but not necessary
