About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for full-time and contract-based employees across different areas and departments
Develop a Hiring Plan and ensure its implementation according to timelines
Project manage the hiring plan by building and maintaining a database of online channels, professional networks, and other recruitment sources
Leverage metrics to validate sourcing channels and advise on turnaround time for closing positions
Champion the Sistema.bio recruitment process for full-time and contract hiring end to end
Master and use the internal ATS, BambooHR
Onboard and manage candidates to provide the best candidate experience
Support field recruitment with the techops and sales teams by building best practices, running examples, and going to the field when needed
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for contract employees through the exit process, including onboarding, employee records, grievances, attendance management, payroll, statutory compliances, contractor management, agreement revisions and finalizations, and audit support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor in Management, HR, or any relevant field
3-6 years of experience in Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition
Experience sourcing candidates through different networks
Experience in human resource analytics is a bonus
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and manage various recruitment initiatives/projects
Good understanding of HR best practices and application of the same
Fluent in English
Another language such as Hindi is a bonus
