About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside-sales channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ambition to pursue a career in SaaS
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, high-agency, KPI-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Resilience and ability to perform high-volume tasks
  • Full permanent work rights in Australia, such as permanent residency or citizenship
  • Willingness to attend the Sydney Office at least 2 days per week
  • Experience with modern tooling such as CRMs, health scoring, live chat, and knowledge bases (nice to have)
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally or in person (nice to have)
  • Patience working with users who are not tech-savvy (nice to have)
