Build and ship product features with guidance from experienced teammates
Work across frontend, backend, and mobile systems
Use AI tools daily for planning, implementation, and review
Fix bugs and improve product stability across web and mobile
Investigate and resolve production issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn
Some experience building software through a startup, bootcamp, university, or side project
Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices
Product mindset and interest in understanding customer problems
Willingness to learn TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS
Essential tools: AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex; TypeScript/JavaScript; React or Angular; Node.js
Mobile development experience is nice to have
Experience in a fast-paced startup or product environment is nice to have
Must be willing to work from the Sydney or Melbourne office at least 2 days per week if based in either city
Full permanent work rights in Australia, or disclose current visa status and sponsorship needs
