About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and scale Sitemate's European GTM operations during the transition from startup to scale-up
  • Own a 20-person team across sales development, account executives, account managers, and customer success
  • Drive conversion at every stage of the funnel
  • Drive customer success initiatives to reduce churn and expand accounts
  • Coach underperforming team members through deals and skill development
  • Build and optimise GTM processes, playbooks, and systems
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new GTM team members
  • Manage regional forecasting and hiring schedule
  • Manage sales development and SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
  • Coordinate across multiple time zones and cultural contexts in Europe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading GTM teams through startup or scale-up environments
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and metrics
  • Proven track record optimising performing and/or underperforming sales teams
  • Experience scaling operations from 10-20 to 50+ person teams
  • Essential tools: CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Sales engagement platforms
  • GTM analytics and reporting tools
  • Video conferencing and async communication tools
  • Willingness to come to the London office at least 2 days per week
  • Full permanent work rights
