About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside-sales channels
  • Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and website live chat

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to handle frequent rejection
  • Comfort with people and conversations
  • Resilience and ability to perform high-volume tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to work in a structured, high-agency, KPI-driven environment
  • Experience with modern tooling such as CRMs, health scoring, live chat, and knowledge bases (nice to have)
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally or in person (nice to have)
  • Patience working with users who are not tech-savvy (nice to have)
  • Full permanent work rights in Australia or an appropriate Australian work visa
