About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of 3-4 individual contributors as a player-coach
  • Ensure execution against Sitemate playbooks, operating principles, frameworks, and values
  • Drive continuous individual development and set the standard for sales excellence
  • Collaborate with managers, directors, and the GM to deliver results across Oceania
  • Work with Account Executives and Account Managers to coach, review pipeline, and support development
  • Run weekly team meetings and call review sessions
  • Run demos and close deals against individual sales targets
  • Provide real-time deal support, join customer calls, and assist with negotiation
  • Partner with directors and the GM on strategy, progress reporting, and broader Oceania sales performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new Mid-Market sales team members
  • Balance personal sales contribution with coaching and leadership responsibilities
  • Drive consistent execution of playbooks and frameworks
  • Maintain motivation, culture, and accountability in a high-pressure environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Sydney, Australia
  • Willing to come to the Sydney Office at least 2 days per week
  • Strong product prescription and positioning
  • Attention to detail and ability to recollect details from memory
  • Growth mindset; able to receive feedback and change behaviour
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience managing Mid-Market sales teams (nice to have)
  • Built world landscape knowledge and experience (nice to have)
  • Technical or Solutions background (nice to have)
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Full permanent work rights, as requested in the application form
