About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of smaller recurring services engagements
- Independently lead day-to-day delivery and act as the standalone engagement lead
- Run productive client conversations and syncs, establish priorities, surface decisions, and remove blockers
- Manage BAU requests, competing priorities, backlog, and service usage across multiple accounts
- Keep service hours focused on work that creates meaningful customer value
- Translate business needs into actionable backlog items and practical Sitetracker configurations
- Proactively uncover operational gaps and recommend the next logical phase of work
- Drive platform usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion readiness
- Create clear visibility into service usage, backlog health, and upcoming priorities
- Build a sustainable pipeline of valuable work and maintain predictable service velocity
- Develop reusable requirement-gathering approaches, client-facing materials, and operational templates
- Operate as a trusted advisor and independently resolve standard platform challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of Salesforce mechanics and Sitetracker administration
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and basic flows or rules
- Ability to configure and maintain functional settings within Sitetracker or comparable platform software
- Ability to troubleshoot standard platform and BAU service issues
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items or user stories
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client workloads and a high-volume client portfolio
- Strong organizational systems and proactive ownership of client issues
- Ability to learn platform updates and customer business processes quickly
- Ability to create reusable client-facing materials and operational templates
- Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clean, usable Sitetracker solutions
