About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Sitetracker's newly established Marketing Communications function and end-to-end strategy
- Define messaging pillars and develop written, visual, video, and other content formats
- Own corporate communications, PR outreach, media relationships, executive communications, and reputation management
- Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on content distribution, pipeline generation, and growth programs
- Measure content effectiveness, adoption, performance, and contribution to marketing objectives
- Establish cross-functional workflows and operating processes for Marketing Communications
- Build Sitetracker's market narrative through customer storytelling, thought leadership, content, PR, and media engagement
- Provide editorial oversight across whitepapers, blogs, campaigns, and strategic content
- Engage customers to uncover stories demonstrating how Sitetracker solves real-world challenges
- Establish clear content strategy, active PR programs, and measurable impact within the first year
