About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Solution Engineers, Architects, and Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sitetracker and core Salesforce platforms
Translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications
Design and maintain fault-tolerant Salesforce Flows and scalable security architectures
Configure and tune Salesforce AI systems
Perform complex data transformations
Troubleshoot issues independently using system debug logs and foundational Apex literacy
Determine when solutions require modular declarative automation versus custom code
Achieve 80% billable utilization within 90 days
Read and trace existing custom Apex logic in client orgs within 90 days
Manage configuration tasks across multiple projects concurrently within 180 days
Build and deploy modular sub-flow architectures independently within 180 days
Train others on using and configuring the Sitetracker product within 180 days
Lead small to medium-sized implementations end-to-end within 365 days
Make critical implementation decisions autonomously while understanding impacts on existing code and automations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise in Flow Builder, AI system configuration, Data Security, and declarative troubleshooting
Verifiable experience configuring AI systems
Understanding of sharing architecture, OWDs, and complex permission sets
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to provide unprompted ETA updates and set clear expectations
Ability to context-switch and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to balance ongoing feature projects with urgent, high-priority Kanban support tickets
Foundational Salesforce platform knowledge and ongoing learning
Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certification preferred
