About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare quarterly and annual appraisals with support from MAI-certified appraisers
- Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements
- Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds
- Complete quarterly summary reporting
- Complete Argus Enterprise review and audit services
- Prepare 10-year cash flow projections using Argus Enterprise by reviewing appraisal reports, leases, rent rolls, and financial statements
- Assist with overflow work from another daily account focused on appraisals
- Perform other related duties and participate in additional training as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or real estate
- 2–8 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience in financial modelling
- Proficient in valuation methods and approaches
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in Argus Enterprise would be a plus
- Professional degree such as CFA, MRICS, CPA/CA, or FRM would be a plus
