Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support workstreams within a financial transformation program
Ensure strategy and execution are completed according to the overall workstream vision
Deliver successful transitions and integration
Manage direct and indirect resources across geographically disbursed locations
Communicate project activities to management colleagues and team members across regions or functions
Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs
Select and use project implementation documentation, implementation toolkits, and migration schedules
Escalate risks and their impact on business initiatives to management
Provide strategic support for the work portfolio
Design and create project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans
Present project updates to senior Finance management
Support and lead decision-making for assigned programs and projects
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making on key project items
Follow project controls and compliance requirements
Identify and resolve issues, manage deliverables, mitigate risks, escalate issues, and ensure change-control processes function across assigned projects and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in major change initiatives
Proven record of delivery of major projects
Comfortable interacting with local and regional-level senior stakeholders
Ability to manage direct and indirect resources across geographically disbursed locations
Ability to work with people, process, technology, and real estate workstreams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs
Experience selecting and utilizing project implementation documentation, implementation toolkits, and migration schedules
Ability to escalate risks and their impact on business initiatives
Ability to create project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans
Ability to present project updates to senior-level Finance management
Ability to support decision-making and facilitate problem-solving
Ability to follow project controls and compliance processes
