About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter, distribute and update lateral candidate interview schedules
Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system and related databases
Track requisitions, monitor candidate pipelines and generate candidate correspondence
Update the firmwide lateral career page
Coordinate lateral candidate availability with search firm recruiters
Run firmwide utilization reports upon request
Maintain the lateral candidate offer acceptance tracker
Assist with updating lateral statistics
Maintain the search firm contact list and track search firm agreements
Scan lateral recruiting documents into the internal records management system
Handle due diligence items for lateral hires
Circulate completed background and social media reports for review and clearance and adjudicate accordingly
Process placement fee invoices
Circulate applicant submissions for review and decisions
Download new lateral hires into the employee records system
Prepare candidate hiring files for handoff to appropriate people teams
Facilitate effective work relationships through interpersonal, written and verbal communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of one year of related experience
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to understand, process and discuss basic vendor contracts
Ability to process expenses in an accurate and thorough manner
Ability to compile and draft statistics
Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
Demonstrates close attention to detail
Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
