Accounting Manager

• Provide client accounting analysis, billing, and collection support to partners
• Coordinate client accounting activity for assigned partners and practice areas
• Work closely with the Client Accounting Supervisor
• Handle complex billing and client analysis projects
• Manage assigned partners’ unbilled and accounts receivable balances
• Review outstanding invoice reports and proactively prevent stale or uncollectible invoices
• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, attorneys, and support staff
• Prepare bills and internal forms with backup documentation for accounts receivable write-offs, retainer applications, and on-account applications
• Document meetings and discussions with partners for follow-up actions
• Maintain partner and client profiles
• Update task lists for billing, collections, accruals, action items, and responses
• Provide knowledge and support to others in the firm

Client Accounting Coordinator

Recruitment

• Enter, distribute and update lateral candidate interview schedules
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system and related databases
• Track requisitions, monitor candidate pipelines and generate candidate correspondence
• Update the firmwide lateral career page
• Coordinate lateral candidate availability with search firm recruiters
• Run firmwide utilization reports upon request
• Maintain the lateral candidate offer acceptance tracker
• Assist with updating lateral statistics
• Maintain the search firm contact list and track search firm agreements
• Scan lateral recruiting documents into the internal records management system
• Handle due diligence items for lateral hires
• Circulate completed background and social media reports for review and clearance and adjudicate accordingly

Business Development Rep

• Support strategic plans and objectives for the M&A and Corporate practices
• Drive cross-practice collaboration and assist with communications, administration, research, reporting, marketing communications, and project coordination
• Lead implementation efforts for partner pipelines to support growth and consistency
• Implement marketing and business development initiatives, including client targeting programs and pursuit teams
• Draft pitches, capability statements, placemats, and business development presentations
• Prepare tailored content presenting the Firm’s credentials, differentiators, and value proposition
• Advise attorneys on lead development, pitching, and follow-up
• Manage sales pipeline processes across assigned practices and partners
• Oversee collection of practice experience for the Firm’s database
