About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in Legal Operations, supporting the organization and monitoring of the litigation portfolio
- Manage deadlines and legal publications, including screening, reviewing, assigning, and tracking
- Manage deposits, guarantees, and case closures, keeping system entries up to date
- Perform active portfolio control routines, including deadlines, guarantees, case closures, and performance indicators
- Update spreadsheets and performance indicator reports, identifying outstanding items and inconsistencies
- Flag risks and outstanding matters to the Legal Operations Coordinator
- Support data reconciliation between eLaw, Benner, and the team’s production records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active bar admission (OAB)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Legal Operations or a similar role
- Experience managing deadlines and legal publications
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Interest in working in Legal Operations
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Experience with legal systems such as eLaw, Benner, and PJe is a plus
- Experience in the airline and telecommunications sectors is a plus
- Experience with high-volume litigation is a plus
- Availability for initial in-person training
- Use of a personal laptop during the first month
