About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client accounts on marketplaces, monitoring operations and performance.
- Resolve complex issues related to account operations.
- Monitor integrations between marketplaces, integration hubs, and e-commerce platforms.
- Support product categorization, SKU organization, and product integration processes.
- Analyze account health and recommend actions to improve operations.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of the marketplace function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts.
- Experience with Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Shopee.
- Experience managing client accounts.
- Experience resolving complex marketplace issues.
- Practical knowledge of integrations between marketplaces and integration hubs or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Experience with Live Commerce is a plus.
- Marketplace certifications are a plus.
- Experience with integrations involving VTEX is a plus.
- Knowledge of hubs such as Olist and Bling is a plus.
- Previous leadership experience or an interest in taking on a leadership role is a plus.
