About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accompany the founder during strategic activities to capture photos and videos.
- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Document meetings, events, celebrations, and behind-the-scenes team activities.
- Edit and adapt content for short-form videos, Stories, posts, and Reels.
- Support the development of the founder’s and the brand’s digital positioning.
- Organize files, materials, and published content in Google Drive.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, International Trade, or a related field.
- Candidates from other educational institutions must be at least in their fourth academic term.
- Academic or practical experience creating social media content.
- Basic knowledge of digital content production.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Ability to organize and store files in Google Drive.
- Ability to capture basic photos and videos using a mobile phone.
- Strong writing skills and basic proficiency in Portuguese.
- Preferred: basic knowledge of short-form video editing.
- Preferred: knowledge of brand positioning and Founder-Led Growth.
- Preferred: interest in business, entrepreneurship, and the job market.
- Preferred: availability to accompany visits to clients or occasional events.
