Key responsibilities & impact

Advise customers on Skillsoft content, platform solutions, and service offerings using Skillsoft’s Learning Strategy Framework
Establish trusted strategic-advisor relationships and drive continued product and service value
Consult on defining, implementing, launching, promoting, and evaluating digital learning programs
Drive customer retention and growth by understanding business needs and achieving activity and renewal goals
Articulate Skillsoft’s value proposition and the strategic importance of learning, skills development, and people development
Guide customers in developing and enhancing talent and learning programs
Communicate regularly about adoption, usage, trends, and deeper-engagement opportunities
Conduct business reviews, assess performance and trends, ensure value realization, and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with the Account Team on expansion and renewal opportunities
Mitigate issues, facilitate resolution of customer concerns, and manage follow-up tasks
Monitor technology trends and recommend customer content needs to Skillsoft development
Document account health and mitigate risk and churn
