About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage complex buying committees across HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, and executive leadership using a structured methodology
Build executive-level business cases and value narratives for large platform-led deals
Manage client relationships and understand customer needs
Surface business priorities, workforce challenges, readiness signals, and constraints
Shape end-to-end solutions including the Skillsoft Percipio platform, professional services, learning strategy, experience design, and change enablement
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to design commercially viable, instructionally effective, and operationally executable solutions
Align customer outcomes, platform capabilities, services scope, and measurable success criteria
Advise on Percipio’s role within HR technology ecosystems including HCM, LMS/LXP, talent, skills intelligence, and analytics platforms
Identify data sources, quality, flows, and governance considerations
Ensure solution designs reflect realistic integration and data maturity assumptions
Guide clients on learning and development strategies using adult learning, instructional design, and learning experience expertise
Position Percipio as a learning and experience engine supporting behavior change and performance impact
Advise senior leaders on talent, workforce capability, skills, and organizational transformation
Diagnose customer environments and assess transformation readiness
Design phased, outcome-aligned approaches to reduce risk and increase adoption
Lead strategic discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and solution commercialization with C-level customers
Translate customer needs into repeatable solution patterns, packaged offers, and playbooks
Collaborate on feedback loops to improve solution quality, instructional effectiveness, and go-to-market execution
