About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and maintain SKIMS’ global transfer pricing policy
  • Own the annual transfer pricing documentation cycle, including master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting
  • Draft, maintain, and refresh intercompany agreements
  • Support benchmarking analyses and manage the functional analysis process across SKIMS entities
  • Run intercompany billing and settlement processes
  • Coordinate with FP&A on transfer-price setting and mid-year resets
  • Perform period-end true-up calculations and work with Accounting to book adjustments
  • Monitor actual versus target margins and flag deviations
  • Maintain the intercompany transaction inventory for cross-border product, services, royalties, and financing flows
  • Partner with Accounting on intercompany eliminations and transfer-pricing adjustments in consolidated financial statements
  • Support customs and indirect tax teams where transfer prices affect import values or indirect tax positions
  • Identify and assess transfer-pricing risk for new markets, products, and restructurings
  • Support transfer-pricing audits, inquiries, and advance pricing agreement processes
  • Monitor OECD BEPS developments and Pillar Two rules
  • Manage local-country direct and indirect tax compliance across international entities
  • Coordinate corporate income-tax return preparation and review for international subsidiaries
  • Maintain the international tax compliance calendar
  • Assist with ASC 740 international tax provision and consolidated tax provision requests
  • Support GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and Subpart F calculations
  • Support international tax planning initiatives, including entity rationalization, IP structuring, and market expansion
  • Research and document tax positions on cross-border transactions
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across key jurisdictions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of international tax experience with a significant transfer pricing focus
  • Big 4 TP practice experience strongly preferred, ideally combined with in-house exposure
  • Deep working knowledge of transfer pricing methods, documentation standards, and the OECD BEPS framework, including Pillar Two
  • Hands-on operational TP experience: intercompany billing, price-setting, period-end true-ups, and margin monitoring
  • Experience drafting or reviewing intercompany agreements and maintaining a TP policy across multiple entity types
  • Hands-on experience managing international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Solid understanding of US international tax concepts, including GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and CbCR
  • Experience with ASC 740 international tax provision
  • Comfortable working with large data sets to calculate intercompany charges and perform margin analyses
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Planful is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple external advisors and prioritize competing deadlines
  • CPA required
  • MST/MBT or LLM is a plus
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex TP concepts for Finance, Accounting, and Legal stakeholders
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus
