About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of middle-market clients in the private or public sector
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved and drive revenue growth
- Sell the full range of the Group’s products and formats
- Provide a 360-degree view of the Group’s solutions, including long- and short-format programs, work-study programs, apprenticeship tax contributions, and more
- Deepen understanding of clients’ industries and identify emerging trends
- Analyze the competition and maintain strong knowledge of the expertise and products offered
- Implement the division’s overall strategy
- Define account plans and the business development strategy with Key Account Managers
- Assess clients’ development potential
- Generate and optimize qualified leads
- Prospect for and identify new clients
- Identify clients’ skills development plans
- Sell off-the-shelf and tailor-made training programs
- Manage commercial proposals
- Promote the company’s expertise and products to client stakeholders
- Prepare and present briefs to project teams
- Participate in the launch of training programs
- Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of delivered services
- Achieve assigned targets and grow revenue
- Ensure compliance with the expected contribution margin level
- Use available tools to manage and optimize sales performance
- Maintain client history in the CRM
- Enter key sales and client interaction information into the CRM
- Ensure the accuracy of data used to calculate variable compensation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (business school or equivalent)
- Proven experience in business development, ideally selling services or high-value solutions
- Excellent understanding of client needs and business challenges
- Ability to manage the entire sales strategy and cycle: prospecting, opportunity identification, proposal development, and closing
- Ability to grow a client portfolio and generate qualified leads
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Highly organized approach to activity tracking and performance management
- 39-hour workweek
- Available to start as soon as possible
