About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Experience in professional training would be an advantage
  • Interest in sourcing candidates through direct outreach on LinkedIn
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a pool of trainers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Responsive and rigorous when selecting candidates
  • Perseverance and determination
  • Ability to manage stress in order to achieve objectives
  • Permanent, 39-hour-per-week contract
