About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain complete financial reporting infrastructure for the new iCasino division, including dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI tracking
Own data modeling through final reporting in Sigma and Oracle
Join and transform large, complex datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and dbt
Surface business insights and communicate findings to finance and business stakeholders
Design and develop BI solutions in Sigma
Implement and maintain best practices for internal and external Sigma environments
Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to solve business problems and build scalable solutions
Use GenAI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to automate workflows and improve reporting efficiency
Train and mentor others on BI best practices and Snowflake and Claude functionalities
Stay current on data analytics and sports betting and gaming industry trends
Report to the Senior Manager of Financial Analytics and partner with engineering, finance, legal and compliance, operations, and commercial teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in an analyst role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong SQL skills working with large datasets
Experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud
Proficiency with a BI/visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar
End-to-end project ownership experience
Ability to communicate with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
Strong accountability and autonomy
Python for data wrangling and pipeline building (nice to have)
Experience with GenAI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, or GitHub Copilot (nice to have)
Gaming, casino, or sports betting industry experience (nice to have)
Startup or consulting background (nice to have)
Experience working alongside finance teams as a data practitioner (nice to have)
