About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead training sessions for all levels of staff at new park openings, covering safety procedures, guest service, operational standards, and team dynamics
- Provide hands-on, real-time training and coaching
- Support execution and ongoing development of the Manager in Training program
- Coordinate training schedules and facilitate hands-on learning experiences for MITs
- Collaborate with park leadership to support smooth daily operations and problem-solving during the first weeks of opening
- Provide guidance on best operational practices, guest engagement, and operational excellence
- Serve as liaison between franchise and corporate teams on operational procedures, standards, and training protocols
- Train park managers, team leads, and trainers to train their own teams after opening
- Provide ongoing coaching and support for training programs, including certifying new parks and teams
- Maintain training manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and online resources with the Training & Development Team
- Ensure training materials reflect current procedures, safety standards, and company policies
- Provide feedback on training effectiveness and collaborate on program improvements
- Travel extensively, up to 90% of the time, to provide on-site training at new park openings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years in a management or training role within the entertainment or recreation industry, preferably in trampoline parks, amusement parks, or similar environments
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach individuals and teams
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences of various levels and backgrounds
- Must be willing to travel up to 90% of the time, with overnight stays and potentially extended travel periods
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience, with a focus on team performance and satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to stand, walk, and interact with staff and guests for extended periods during training and operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and conduct hands-on training activities, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds at times, with or without reasonable accommodation
