About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Sky Zone Field Training in an assigned region or Designated Market Area
- Support successful launches of new park locations
- Support opportunity parks executing action plans
- Facilitate classes and support training programs in the field
- Certify team members and parks
- Provide training for new franchisees, managers, team leads, and team members
- Lead a team of field trainers delivering standardized training programs
- Oversee budget adherence and program effectiveness
- Maintain operational excellence across training initiatives
- Oversee and execute new park opening training covering operational standards, guest service, and safety procedures
- Conduct ongoing manager training
- Support Sky Zone launches and activations, including Certified Training Parks
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
- Manage training budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders
- Identify improvements to training processes and content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or franchise support, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer and communicating via phone and Teams, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to occasionally travel to company parks, corporate offices, or other business locations
