About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own marketing program operations end to end, including builds, templates, segmentation, scoring, and QA
  • Support campaigns, events, direct mail, and BDR-driven outreach so programs launch cleanly and hand off to reps
  • Operate and evolve inbound lead routing, assignment logic, and enrichment with the RevOps team
  • Maintain accurate routing rules as territories and segments change
  • Build and scale lead lifecycle, account funnel, lead status, deduplication, and RingLead matching architecture
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams on Salesforce requests, record hygiene, and reporting
  • Convert recurring operational requests into repeatable workflows
  • Identify and ship marketing-stack improvements that increase pipeline, improve speed to lead, or improve efficiency
  • Prioritize incoming requests from Marketing, Sales, and BDR leadership and communicate capacity tradeoffs
  • Own the operational queue independently within the first 30–45 days

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience supporting Sales and BDR teams
  • Deep hands-on Marketo experience, including program architecture, smart lists, scoring, and Salesforce sync
  • Track record of measurable outcomes through systems and data work
  • Experience building scalable processes or automation while managing day-to-day demands
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills, including objects and relationships, field architecture, validation rules, flows, and reporting
  • Practical Clay experience, including waterfall enrichment and Salesforce writeback
  • Comfort working with data outside the UI through SQL, scripting, or spreadsheets at scale
  • Strong data stewardship and record-quality practices
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholder groups and prioritize business impact
  • Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or a warehouse-centric reporting stack
  • Outreach, LeanData, RingLead, or Gong administration experience
  • Experience applying AI and workflow automation to GTM operations through Clay, Zapier, n8n, or LLM-based enrichment and classification
  • Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions
  • Must comply with applicable contractor agreement, federal, state, and local laws
