About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a named book of strategic accounts with multi-year account plans
  • Build relationships with CSOs, VPs of Global Security, GSOC leaders and operations, facilities and risk counterparts
  • Land new strategic logos through paid trials or first-site deployments designed for expansion
  • Expand deployments into new teams, departments, business units and sites
  • Build business cases comparing autonomous coverage with the cost of staffed security posts
  • Position multi-year, five-year programs
  • Lead customers through procurement, InfoSec/vendor risk reviews, MSAs and SLA negotiation
  • Direct the Business Development, Solutions Engineering and Program Management account pod
  • Lead evaluations and plan scaled deployments before contract close
  • Expand from security into inspection and operational use cases
  • Develop referenceable customers and case studies with Marketing
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline in SFDC/Clari
  • Deliver account plans, at least two paid trials, one multi-site program conversion and at least one referenceable customer in year one

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of landing large enterprise logos and expanding them across multiple teams, departments, business units and locations
  • Experience closing seven-figure, multi-year, multi-site deals with Fortune 500 customers
  • Experience selling physical security, safety or operational technology
  • Existing relationships with corporate security leaders
  • Comfort with long sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security review and executive sign-off
  • Rigorous qualification using MEDDPICC or similar
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to travel 50%+
  • Based near a major US hub airport
  • Robotics, UAV or emerging technology experience preferred
  • Startup or high-growth experience preferred
  • Active in ASIS / GSX is a plus
  • Eligible to work in the United States, as employment eligibility is confirmed through E-Verify
