About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with the Manager of Retail Operations as the key point of contact for Silk & Snow stores
Support store operations, launches, and general maintenance
Act as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores
Coordinate with CX, IT, supply chain, visual merchandising, and other internal teams on store-level needs
Communicate promotional details, signage plans, and launch information to stores and follow up on timelines
Support store openings and product launches by organizing and validating in-store execution
Collect and review store photos/audits for compliance with brand standards and provide feedback
Track replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU item restocks
Monitor SOP adherence, manage checklists, and flag deviations
Redirect operational issues to the appropriate team and follow through to resolution
Gather field feedback to optimize processes, improve launch execution, and inform strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project management
Experience in a retail network or multi-store environment is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following through on execution
Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Familiarity with Shopify/Storis & Fulfil.io is a plus
