About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver environmental and sustainability services through advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines
- Work in areas including civil engineering, structural engineering, transportation engineering, community and mobility planning, geotechnical engineering, construction engineering, land surveying, water resources, climate resilience, GIS, ecology, landscape architecture, and land quality remediation
- Perform office-based work, with field work and travel required for certain positions
- Perform field assignments and work outdoors in varied climate conditions
- Travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in related field of work
- Valid driver's license
- FE/EIT/EI preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
- Ability to perform field assignments
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of climate conditions
- Ability to travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel
- Ability to frequently walk or climb stairs
- Ability to lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to handle large items
