About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling unit issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Clean and replace filters and test HVAC systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement upgrades to existing HVAC systems
- Follow schematics and blueprints for precise installation and repair
- Address client inquiries and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service
- Document work performed and parts used
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related position
- In-depth understanding of HVAC/R systems and their components
- Knowledgeable in field service operations
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Possession of a valid Kentucky HVAC License
- Valid driver's license required
- Committed to maintaining high safety standards
- Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial and residential HVAC experience
- Driver’s License (Required)
- KY Journeyman (Required)
- EPA (Required)
- Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and weekly on-call rotations
