About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead the company’s in-house streaming team
- Recruit, audition, hire, onboard, train, and coach livestreamers
- Manage streamer channels across Kick, Twitch, and YouTube Live
- Set up company-owned accounts and maintain consistent branding, overlays, panels, and titles
- Secure account logins, 2FA, and recovery details; remove or hand over access when streamers leave
- Build weekly stream rotas covering peak hours across time zones
- Plan bonus hunts, challenges, giveaways, tournaments, and community shows
- Oversee studio, equipment, OBS/Streamlabs software, stream quality, and outage backup plans
- Grow live viewers, followers, chat activity, registrations, and first-time deposits through live content
- Coordinate links, promo codes, and on-stream offers with Marketing, CRM, and Community teams
- Allocate and track streamer bankrolls and crypto wallets with Finance
- Enforce responsible gambling messaging, age and geo restrictions, platform gambling and advertising rules, and license conditions
- Manage moderation, strikes, takedowns, and incidents
- Run performance reviews and set pay and bonus structures with HR
- Maintain streamer motivation and wellbeing through fair scheduling and burnout prevention
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on channel growth, stream hours, conversions, spend, and next steps
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years managing livestreamers, a live content team, or streaming channels, ideally in iGaming, crypto casino, or gaming
- Hands-on knowledge of Kick, Twitch, and YouTube Live, including audience, discovery, moderation tools, and gambling policies
- Proven ability to find, train, and retain on-camera talent and build audiences from a small base while managing many streamers
- Strong understanding of slots, live casino, sportsbook content, and bonus mechanics
- Familiarity with OBS or Streamlabs, overlays, alerts, and chat bots
- Comfort with crypto wallets, stablecoin payouts, and major coins
- Understanding of responsible gambling, KYC/AML basics, and country-specific license restrictions
- Clear written and spoken English
- Preferred: past experience as a streamer or on-air host
- Preferred: video editing and short-form clip skills for TikTok, Shorts, and Reels
- Preferred: experience with StreamElements, TwitchTracker, SullyGnome, or BI dashboards
- Preferred: community management on Telegram and Discord
- Preferred: experience building a streamer team from scratch
