About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary contact for business users on system-related issues, coordinating with IT and vendors to resolve incidents and improve performance
Define business requirements, develop functional specifications, and create and execute test scenarios for enhancements and new implementations
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend technology solutions
Support system implementations and upgrades by developing training materials, leading user sessions, establishing super user forums, and ensuring business readiness for go-live
Define priorities, manage timelines, allocate resources, and provide progress updates to leadership
Provide application support, troubleshooting, data corrections, and coordination with IT support groups
Design and develop reports and dashboards supporting operational and strategic decision-making
Partner with cross-channel teams on continuous improvement and share best practices
Contribute to annual plans and strategies aligning system enhancements with business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
General knowledge of IT systems and SAP
Strong understanding of system interfaces between SAP and third-party applications
Ability to understand system capabilities, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience bridging business and technical teams through systems support, requirements gathering, and testing coordination
Ability to facilitate change, drive operational excellence, and promote continuous improvement
Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects
Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented, with a commitment to building strong working relationships
