About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage SEA campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, including account structure, smart bidding, ad copy, Quality Score, exclusions, and new formats
  • Manage SMA/Social Ads campaigns on Meta, from tracking through to audiences and formats
  • Write creative briefs and continuously test hooks, messaging, and visuals
  • Manage affiliates and partner-referral platforms based on margin
  • Monitor CPL and ad positioning, and redirect lead sources according to profitability
  • Track and analyze SEA, SMA, and affiliate marketing KPIs, trends, and performance on a daily basis
  • Build dashboards and analyze business data
  • Propose weekly optimization priorities to guide actions and allocate budgets
  • Audit acquisition accounts and networks, provide recommendations, and implement optimizations
  • Manage acquisition channels independently and contribute to the annual roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent university-level education
  • At least 5 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, in a media agency and/or on the client side
  • Proven, demonstrable expertise in SEA (Google Ads/Bing Ads) and SMA (paid social)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools
  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing, platforms, compensation models, and partner management
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly for creative briefs, collaboration with creative teams, and presenting results
  • Highly organized, rigorous, able to prioritize, and solution-driven and hands-on
  • Ability to adapt to a complex environment and navigate ambiguity
  • Willingness to be actively involved in practical, operational work
