About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and generate awareness and demand through regional trade shows, conferences, field events, direct mail, and ABM campaigns
  • Move accounts through the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle for prospects and customers by executing marketing programs
  • Develop customer- and partner-centric programs
  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated regional field marketing strategies and ABM campaigns
  • Establish strategic alignment with Sales Leadership, AEs, and ADRs
  • Co-develop rolling 6-month territory marketing plans to achieve regional MQL and pipeline goals
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, vendor relationships, multi-touch integrated campaigns, and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital, and Partner/Channel teams
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign pipeline metrics, ROI, and attribution
  • Champion product positioning, enablement toolkits, customer success stories, and campaign resources across regional field teams
  • Report to the Senior Director, Global Field Marketing
  • Travel 30% within the US

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to partner strategically with sales and ADRs to translate revenue goals into targeted field marketing initiatives
  • Ability to craft multi-channel, regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline expansion, prospect acceleration, and measurable business impact
  • Skill in orchestrating cross-functional execution across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Channel Partners, and External Vendors
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise B2B marketing, sales funnel, account-based marketing, and event strategies
  • Proven track record of successfully building and guiding field marketing execution
  • Understanding of marketing funnel fundamentals from Top to Bottom and activities that move prospects through to close
  • Expertise in live events/face-to-face programs and virtual events
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Project management and budget management capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 6+ years of Field Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent area of study
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and Outreach is a must
