About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support specified online Health Sciences programs within Global Campus through teaching, student support, subject-matter expertise, adjunct faculty mentoring, and administrative activities
Teach standardized, pre-developed online courses in an 8-week undergraduate term
Teach 36 credit hours annually, equivalent to two courses per term
Follow instructional principles, strategies, predetermined course design, and textbook materials
Provide meaningful feedback to students, academic advisors, and team leads
Follow the Instructional Practices Rubric and faculty performance standards
Participate in graduation activities, academic residencies, and professional development activities
Collaborate with enrollment and student advisors to support program growth and student persistence
Provide exceptional student service
Participate in scholarly and professional activities required for the academic discipline, licensure, compliance, and accreditation
Report to the Program Director, Health Sciences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctoral Degree in Health Science or a closely related field, from a regionally accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in the respective field
Online teaching experience
Employees must reside in, and work from, one of the approved states
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
