About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Track every student waiting for a tutor, beginning with students referred through partner organizations
Determine why students have not been paired and resolve pairing issues
Follow up with families and tutors by phone, email, and text to ensure tutoring pairings start
Use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to draft messages, clean spreadsheets, identify patterns, and build small tools
Identify process problems to the Operations team and help fix them
Work with and report to the Learn To Be Operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
Work study part of financial aid package
Students with work study may be prioritized
Able to work 15–20 hours every week, reliably and predictably, including during midterms and finals
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to build something real
Clear, friendly written communication and comfortable making phone calls to parents and volunteers
Consent to a DOJ Dru Sjodin Sex Offender Database Background check
Access to a device with internet access and a working webcam
