About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and deploy AI agents solving business problems across Snowflake functions
  • Automate executive reporting and create tools for sales, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Partner with product teams to provide feedback and shape the product roadmap
  • Understand team workflows and build AI-powered solutions that transform operations
  • Use AI tools to stress-test strategies, surface data insights, and provide data-backed perspectives to the CEO and executive team
  • Define and demonstrate AI-powered operating models, including automated reporting, predictive metrics, LLM-driven communications, and agentic workflows
  • Help scale AI-native operations across the company
  • Follow Snowflake confidentiality and security standards and protect customer information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience building AI agents, including multi-step agentic workflows, tool-use patterns, and autonomous AI pipelines
  • Strong data fluency, including SQL, Python, or equivalent
  • First principles thinking
  • Exceptional communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business impact and write clearly for an executive audience
  • Low ego and high agency; comfortable operating behind the scenes and working across every level of the organization
  • Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
  • Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and AI Data Cloud ecosystem preferred
  • Public portfolio of AI projects preferred
