About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Snowflake’s Data Transformation product portfolio
Define the strategic roadmap across platform migration, data ingestion and engineering, semantic layers, context, ontology, and governance
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team
Partner with engineering leadership on execution strategies and architectural scalability
Set roadmap milestones, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment
Partner with Marketing, field teams, and executive customers to accelerate migrations and platform adoption
Serve as an external voice for Snowflake on legacy modernization, automated pipeline refactoring, and AI-first data architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years in data infrastructure
Proven experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing product management teams
Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms, migration tooling, query engines, or pipeline infrastructure
Hands-on familiarity with SQL execution, ETL/ELT patterns, declarative pipelines, and workflow orchestration
Practical understanding of AI-assisted capabilities, including automated code translation, developer co-pilots, semantic validation, and LLM-driven refactoring
Ability to navigate technical ambiguity and make sound decisions using data and instincts
Exceptional ability to translate complex architectural capabilities into clear narratives for customers, field leadership, and executives
Must reside within commuting distance of, or be open to relocation to, a designated local Snowflake office
Must be authorized to work in the country to which applying
