Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and nurture Snowflake’s relationship with IBM in the Americas
  • Build comprehensive joint business plans and joint go-to-market strategies with IBM
  • Define joint industry solutions and differentiated partner offerings
  • Achieve partnership goals, including sales quota and marketing activities
  • Grow IBM’s Snowflake practices by evaluating expertise, capabilities, and delivery quality
  • Define certification growth plans and support partner enablement
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and partner decision-makers
  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle and own the 360-degree partner relationship
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing teams
  • Share partner and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with technical experts on solution building
  • Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities, including events, webinars, and content creation
  • Assist IBM with partner-program and sales-process navigation, deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and sales-leadership alignment
  • Monitor IBM’s performance against specific metrics and adjust priorities to deliver results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
  • Ability to manage global and regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
  • Strong executive presence and polish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Estimated travel requirement of 25–50%
  • Ability to comply with confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application; sponsorship may be required or considered
  • Ability to work within commuting distance of, or relocate to, the designated local Snowflake office(s) if in-office attendance is essential
