Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver large projects and programs and drive new service opportunities with customers and internal stakeholders
Act as overall Program Lead for large customers and trusted advisor to C-Suite and Executive Sponsors
Craft program vision and strategy, roadmap use cases, build project plans, and deliver customer value
Manage Snowflake implementations and varied project and service types, bringing multi-threaded initiatives together
Deliver fixed-fee and highly scoped projects on time
Own project governance, including budget and revenue reconciliation
Lead large data migrations and code conversion efforts
Drive scope clarity with project teams and customer stakeholders
Lead project execution, use-case identification, roadmapping and risk analysis
Plan and execute program plans with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
Own the full project lifecycle and ensure on-time, on-budget and predictable delivery
Identify and mitigate program and project risks
Collaborate with workstream owners and establish clear expectations and timely communication
Improve program management methodologies, processes, tools, templates and checklists
Champion customer outcomes and articulate program value using quantifiable metrics
Drive customer satisfaction, renewals and additional Snowflake opportunities
Support practice enablement and sales pursuits through project scoping, estimation, delivery proposals and delivery updates
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing
Identify process improvements for customers and Snowflake
Maintain confidentiality and follow Snowflake data security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role or similar capacity dealing with complex, technical implementation and/or migration projects
Recent experience successfully delivering multi-million dollar complex data-related and/or cloud-based large Programs for a Fortune 500 customer
Experience acting as trusted advisor to C-Suite or Executive Sponsor at a Fortune 500 customer
Executive communication and relationship management across customers, partners and internal teams
Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud
Ability to communicate and translate effectively across design, engineering, marketing, advertising and business development groups
Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate to business and technical audiences, including senior executives at large enterprises
Familiarity with Agentic AI and modern AI technology implementation
Experience with customer support and advisory technical roles such as solution architect, system administrator or technical account manager is a bonus
Ability to work from or relocate within commuting distance of the local Snowflake office designated in the post
Authorization to work in the country of application
