About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day support for immigration and employee relocation, including full-time employees, internal relocations, and interns
  • Manage end-to-end global immigration cases, particularly in the U.S., NORAM, EMEA, and APAC
  • Manage end-to-end international assignment and relocation processes
  • Partner with relocation and immigration vendors to execute cases
  • Ensure compliance with immigration and other cross-border requirements
  • Adhere to immigration regulations, workflows, and procedures
  • Develop and implement global relocation and immigration guidelines and procedures
  • Deliver training and communication materials on global mobility guidelines and procedures
  • Conduct benchmarking and recommend global relocation and immigration best practices
  • Consult and support HR business partners, managers, talent recruiters, and other internal stakeholders
  • Serve as subject matter partner for candidates and employees
  • Support compliant global mobility operations for assignees, families, and stakeholders
  • Improve processes, vendor services, and metrics
  • Support the development, oversight, and execution of global mobility projects
  • Advise stakeholders on global mobility processes, regulations, costs, and key considerations
  • Collaborate with the global mobility and immigration team on challenging cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of corporate experience in global relocation and immigration, including managing international assignments
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and compliance
  • Strong relocation management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including global partners and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
  • Technologically efficient in systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, CoCo, etc.)
  • Experience working with international teams or in a multinational company, preferred
  • Knowledge of global mobility technology solutions and platforms, preferred
  • Global mobility experience in high-tech, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, in a related field, preferred
  • Ability to work from or relocate to the local Snowflake office designated in the posting
