About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and nurture relationships with System Integrator partners
  • Strengthen and expand collaboration between Snowflake and its partners to drive growth
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, strategic objectives, target markets, industry solutions, and partner offerings
  • Achieve partnership goals, including sales quota and marketing activities
  • Help partners build and scale within Snowflake’s Partner Program
  • Evaluate partner expertise, capabilities, and delivery quality
  • Define certification growth plans and support partner enablement
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and partner decision-makers
  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle and own the 360-degree partner relationship
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, marketing, and technical experts
  • Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities, including events, webinars, and content creation
  • Support deal registration, proposals, reporting, and alignment with Sales Leadership
  • Monitor assigned-partner performance against specific metrics and deliver key criteria
  • Share partner and customer feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators
  • Ability to manage global and regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
  • Strong executive presence and polish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at scale
  • Willingness to travel an estimated 25–50%
