About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across AppEx engineering teams from scoping through delivery
  • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and build execution plans
  • Coordinate Applications, Notebooks, Native Apps, Drivers, AIML, and Developer Platform sub-organizations
  • Establish reporting cadences tracking milestones, risks, decisions, and engineering health
  • Proactively escalate issues requiring leadership attention
  • Drive alignment on shared APIs, integration points, and developer-facing feature launches
  • Identify systemic planning and delivery friction and design lightweight processes and tooling-backed workflows
  • Represent AppEx programs to senior leadership with data-backed status and recommendations
  • Build program-management foundations, tools, and operating rhythms for the AppEx organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience at a cloud software company
  • Track record of owning complex, cross-team programs end-to-end
  • Deep familiarity with developer-facing products or platform engineering
  • Ability to work directly with engineers and architects and engage with technical design
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with modern cloud-native software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, release management, and API-first development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, data platforms, or developer tooling products is a bonus
  • Prior exposure to AI/ML product development programs or agentic application delivery is a bonus
  • Experience driving developer ecosystem programs is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Linear, Jira, Shortcut, and data-driven program health dashboards is a bonus
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, post-IPO technology company environment is a bonus
