About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow the online community presence

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and report results
  • Collaborate with the team on other creative marketing opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a related field
  • Strong social media skills across platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for youth sports, child development, or community engagement
  • Experience with marketing and project tools (Salesforce, Canva, Microsoft 365)
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with the Queens communities
