About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a cross-functional team of 7–10 engineers (backend, frontend, QA, AQA)
Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements to release
Run the team’s development process, including sprint planning, estimation, decomposition, DoR/DoD
Participate in feature design and technical decision-making
Ensure reliability of the team’s services through monitoring, alerting, incident reviews, and postmortems
Partner with the Product Manager on backlog prioritization

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of commercial development experience (.NET / Java / Python)
1+ year of experience leading a cross-functional team
Understanding of microservice architecture: REST / gRPC, RabbitMQ / Kafka
Observability: logging, metrics, tracing (ELK, Grafana, DataDog or similar)
Agile practices (Scrum / Kanban)
Understanding of frontend architecture (React) and mobile development (React Native) — nice to have
Knowledge of QA processes and test automation — nice to have
