Requirements

What you’ll need

English proficiency: C1 level or higher
Russian proficiency: C1 level or higher
Data editing experience, particularly with text-based datasets
Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training
Ability to independently establish standards and guidelines, including style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to identify whether a bot’s issue is related to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results, and propose an appropriate solution
Deep understanding of different audiences
Strong knowledge of what works in conversations, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention mechanics
